How Do I Place An Order?
Just contact us through the Contact Form or call for more details. If you found something that you liked through the online catalogs, send us the item number and we will respond to you with a price. We have disabled our automatic checkout so we can confirm if items are in stock and calculate a shipping quote.
Out of State: You can contact us to place an order manually by completing the form in Order Form section. You will then receive a confirmation and invoice for payment. An invoice will be emailed to you through a secure link for payment. All credit card transactions must be verified with ID.
Payment
Any card transactions are subject to taxes. All credit card transactions must be verified with ID.
Shipping
To be able to offer low prices, shipping is not included in priced items. We can send you a shipping quote and invoice separately from checkout cart.
All prices do not include delivery. Drivers cannot haul away trash with them or move furniture around.

We offer freight shipping to 50 states.
Most freight companies off curbside delivery which means the delivery will be made curbside. You are responsible for moving your furniture into your home or business. Local drop off deliveries are designated to the first floor of the home only. Freight deliveries are only curb-side or inside garage only. Most furniture items are delivered out of state are through freight as loose items or on pallet.
There is a $60 fee for items in Southern CA that need to be picked up for an exchange.
If no one is present at the time of the scheduled delivery, you will be charged for a return delivery fee. If you require prior notification of the delivery, you can request this service at the time of placing your order. Freight deliveries require an appointment for delivery.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
Many special priced items may go out of stock. Securing dates of delivery or pick up will help guarantee that your item will stay in stock for you. If the item is not picked up on requested day, the item may be put back for sale for another customer and delay for pick up can occur. Items go in and out of stock regularly. If item is available, Hello Furniture can have the item in stock on the same day or next business day. Items requested over the weekend must be placed by Friday morning for guarantee of stock, otherwise item will be delayed in stock until Monday.
Warranty Terms
Most manufacturers have limited warranties on upholstery items.
Defective items have up to 5 BUSINESS Days (NO EXCEPTION) from the date of purchase following the terms set forth below. If delivered, you have up to 5 BUSINESS DAYS from delivery date. You are responsible for checking the condition of the items delivered and must highlight any issues upon receipt with the carrier.
1. Items must be packed in original packaging from the manufacturer. Manufacturers will not accept items that are already assembled or used. AS IS items on clearance cannot be returned.
2. When manufacturing defect is found, please call (951) 892-0360, or email [email protected]. Pictures of items may be asked prior to scheduling an exchange or repair.
3. All upholstery and mattress sales are final, and are not eligible for return or exchange unless noted on original invoice.
4. If merchandise was picked up from warehouse, merchandise must be dropped off at the warehouse during business hours for inspection of defect. The manufacturer warehouse determines if the item has a manufacturer defect. Furniture that has been assembled or used voids manufacturer warranty. If you find a defect in the furniture, please do not assemble the furniture and keep original packaging. The quicker the item is reported with a defect, the easier it is to have it exchanged.
There will be NO CASH REFUNDS for any returned merchandise. A delivery fee will apply for any merchandise that needs to be picked up for an exchange. If replacement is required in accordance with this warranty and the defective material or merchandise has been discontinued or unavailable, Hello Furniture reserves the right to select and supply similar merchandise or offer full credit for the merchandise; otherwise the same material or merchandise will be supplied for exchange.
Hello Furniture RESERVES THE RIGHT TO VOID YOUR WARRANTY
FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
Damages incurred during assembling or maintenance. (The manufacturer can and will determine if the item has been assembled and or damaged by the consumer.)
Improper maintenance resulting in damage.
Any product modifications by you the consumer or other parties will void this warranty.
Floor samples sold or products designated “AS IS” are Final Sale.
Warranty does not cover minor variations or differences between floor samples or printed illustrations and your furniture.
Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse.
Normal wear and tear.
Damages incurred during transportation of buyer.
Damages incurred by accident or abuse.
Cost of packaging and shipping to and from is not covered by the warranty.
Returns
All sales are final. If there is a defect or problem with any item, we can have it dealt directly with the manufacturer. All items are inspected prior to leaving dock of the manufacturer.
