Home Staging Consultation:

Staging Consultation is perfect for homes that remain occupied while on the market. We will walk through your home addressing details for curb appeal to the flow of the space, interior and exterior color, items to remove, fixtures and staging recommendations.

Vacant Home Staging:

Because all homes are unique and require different attention of detail, pricing varies depending on location, size, and the amount of rooms staged.  Our flat fee includes delivery, set up, design fee, and removal of all staging items. We bring in our own moving team as well as a design team to set up and remove the stage after your home is sold. I will typically recommend staging the living areas (kitchen, dining, living, and family room) and the master suite.
*Staging fees are tax deductible and staged homes typically sell for 10% more and 30% faster than non-staged homes. You will usually get the full staging investment back and much more.
